Shane Weeks and Ephraim Horowitz make films across a spectrum of subjects; from Native culture to feature films that have been distributed worldwide and opened major film festivals. Shane has studied with master filmmakers in the Byrd Hoffman Watermill Center's artist and residency program and his videos have been widely seen. Ephraim has an MFA from NYU's Graduate Film School where he taught for seven years. Member of the Actor's Studio Playwright's and Director's Unit. His feature films have won film festivals and been distributed worldwide.
Their combined work includes Columbia Pictures Men of Respect starring John Turturro and Stan Tucci, Machiavelli Rises, Raven Releasing, the Glassblowers Ball, World Trade Center Reconstruction, Sculptor Elizabeth Strong Cuevas documentary, Santiago Calatrava at the Metropolitan Museum and Spanish Institute, Daniel Liebskind Master Architect, Bernard Tschumi The Blue Tower, James Carpenter, Sculptor of Light, The Commander experimental film series, Montreal International Film Festival, Chicago International Film Festival, Brussels International Film Festival, screenplay award winner New York Film and Video Festival and others.
